Reserve or gift private vinyasa, restorative or aerial classes at our beautiful indoor/outdoor studio in San Diego, California! Private individual classes are ideal for beginners, injuries and those experts looking to expand their yoga practice.
Group yoga classes are a great option for work & corporate bonding, team building, ladies day out, bachelorette parties - we can accommodate for up to 50 people! Many groups take advantage of our private catering after class - a perfect way to replenish and connect!
In addition, we travel off-site in the San Diego area to teach yoga mat classes at offices, outdoors at the beach or park, and hotels - please there is a $50 additional fee for the travel expenses. Please note all privates must be reserved two weeks in advance, otherwise visit our class schedule to reserve spots.
Private Aerial Yoga Classes
Any level can be accommodated from slow gentle stretching, restorative to more advanced strength building including flips and tricks. Our outdoor rig has 8 aerial spots. Our indoor Earth room has 15 aerial spots.
NOTE: We cannot book groups of 4 or more into our regularly scheduled classes as this causes displacement of our regular clients. For groups of 4 or more you will need to schedule a private class. No exceptions.
Private Mat Yoga Classes
Personal attention in every posture is a staple of our private vinyasa, yin, hatha, nidra & restorative classes which is ideal to understanding proper mechanics and the benefits of each movement. Whether a beginner or advanced practitioner, our teachers create sessions based on your goals to nourish and strengthen the mind, body and spirit.

The intention of private sound baths or sound healing sessions is a personalized and therapeutic experience that utilizes various sound-based techniques to promote relaxation, balance, and well-being. Every session can be tailored to individual needs and preferences, providing each person with a unique and rejuvenating experience. The soothing sounds and vibrations of different instruments, such as singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and drums, may help reduce stress, release tension, and enhance the body's natural healing mechanisms.
