The Meditation Journey
The mediation training will be focused on mindfulness meditation accompanied by other mediation modalities. The experience will bridge spirit & science - live less from ego and more from joy!

Bring headphones - if wireless, make sure they are fully charged.
Arrive at La Jolla Shores park on the grassy area (near big parking lot) no later than 8:17am.
Dress appropriately in layers and consider walking barefoot, but walking/running shoes shoes are doable in the harder sand
Perhaps wear a hat, apply sunscreen, and wear sunglasses and be hydrated :)
