ROLE: Totem Boutique + Yoga Specialist

RELEVANT SKILLS:
- Demonstrates excellent customer service & hospitality
- Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established operating procedures
- Experience with Shopify and Mindbody preferred
- Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures and standards
- Initiates and participates in store maintenance as needed throughout the day
- Maintains all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store
- Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and follows established merchandising procedures and standards
- Knowledge and selling of Trilogy yoga classes, trainings, workshops, and events
- Answering the phone and providing proper information about the yoga program, cafe, and events
- Provides and accepts ongoing recognition and constructive feedback
- Adheres to relevant policies, and procedures
- Supports and participates in store shrink reduction procedures
- Performs duties as assigned
- Interfacing with customers to promote sales & answer questions
- Fulfill and package web orders for shipping
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of balancing multiple tasks at one time
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Possesses strong communication skills
- Capable of lifting heavy objects (~30lbs) with or without reasonable accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors to accomplish tasks
- Retail sales/ customer service experience preferred
- Available on weekends and nights
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Hourly pay with Commission after training period
- Employment Type: Part or Full Time Position, 20hr/week minimum after training
- Organic meal during a 5+ hour shift on-site

** STUDIO YOGA MANAGER **
Job Details:
Yoga Teacher for a variety of yoga styles - vinyasa, yin, hatha and aerial is a bonus..
Responding to emails
Finding and assigning subs
Managing the yoga schedule
Maintaining a weekly room schedule
Maintenance of the yoga rooms
Updating MindBody
Managing teachers (having meetings, sending weekly emails, responding to daily needs)
Booking private classes
Keeping monthly finance report
Hiring new instructors
Providing feedback to current instructors and taking classes
Keeping record of any changes to the yoga schedule for Totem
Coordinating with social media manager
Maintaining ClassPass numbers
Reading reviews on ClassPass & MBO
Providing continuing education & meetings for team
Coordinating with Aerial teachers
Coordinating with teacher trainings, workshops, and events
Updating the Trilogy Website
Oversee Maintenance of fabric cleaning & changing schedule
Repair fabrics that are torn or get rid of and buy new ones (inventory)
Keep fabric spray and extra tied fabrics fully stocked
Monthly inspection of hardware
