Is there parking?
A: Short-Term parking (check the street signs for time allotment) is available on Girard Ave and parallel streets near Trilogy. Long-term parking can be found east of Torrey Pines roads or residential streets within La Jolla Village - always check the signs :)

- What Time Should I Arrive to Class? > 15-20 mins early, and plan ahead for time to park

payment plans once started must be fully fulfilled. Please note, this policy is to keep our yoga studio and event center a viable
business since reservations and tickets are directly correlated to the compensation for teachers, facilitators, training leads and
yoga operation costs.
- What are the Class Procedures?
> leave your shoes outside all studios.
> bring into the studio all valuables (wallet, keys, phone, etc), and turn off your cell phone or put on silent.
> be mindful and courteous of others and your surroundings.
CANCELATION POLICY?
A: Yoga classes:
- Cancellations less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time will result in a $10 late cancellation fee.
- Missing a scheduled class (without canceling) will result in a $15 “No-Show” fee.
- Cancellations 12+ hours before scheduled class will not be penalized and pass will remain available on client’s account so they can reschedule.
FYI: All Event & Workshop tickets are final sale and non-refundable (stated clearly online and on receipts)– if a client asks for a refund and is dissatisfied with not being issued one, offer them the option to request an account credit or a refund via email to info@trilogysanctuary.com.
LATE TO CLASS / LATE POLICY
A: No late students will be allowed into class. Please arrive early and save time for parking! Refunds are not offered for missed classes however there is a possibility to receive a credit for the class and waive the missed class fee by emailing info@trilogysanctuary.com or visiting the Totem Boutique in person.
Do I need to BRING A YOGA MAT for (aerial) classes?
A: Yes, mats are encouraged in all yoga classes, including aerial.
Are RENTAL MATS available?
A: Yes, we have a limited amount of mats available for client use. We do not charge rental fees as they are first-come, first-serve and “use at your own risk”. Teachers can show you where extra Mats and mat wipes are kept in each studio.

REQUESTS TO SHARE OR TRANSFER 5/10/20 CLASS PACKAGES?
A: No, Class packages can’t be shared or transferred to other people/accounts. Everyone must have their own account and cannot sign up for classes under someone else’s account. To sign up and pay for a friend, visit the link below:
Can a customer PAY FOR SOMEONE ELSE ONLINE?
A: We recommend using the link below, via a computer, to register friends - select the option for "Someone Else" under the event/class you want. You can add friends/family members to your account and have this “Reserve for someone else” option every time you book class via a computer.

BUSINESS SIDE: Processing PAYMENT FOR a client to purchase SOMEONE ELSE a class pass, membership, etc:
A: In retail, run sale under the account of the person purchasing. Above the "Payments/Gift Cards" category click "Pay for another client" find recipient then "Look up item". Recipient must have an existing account.
-OR- If the recipient doesn't have an account, gift cards are a great suggestion.
