23-Day YTT Immersion - 200 CONTACT HOURS
July 16th - August 7th
Days OFF: July 20th, 26th + August 1st

Step Into Your Metamorphosis:
A 200HR Therapeutically-Rooted Transformational Journey + Teacher Training
…for those ready to release old patterns, mend the nervous system + heart, and live from truth.

This summer, say YES to yourself.
Come as you are, and step into something real. This isn’t about performing the perfect pose or becoming someone else. It’s about unraveling the layers, letting go of who you thought you had to be, and finally coming home to who you really are.

“I am not what happened to me. I am what I choose to become.” - Carl Jung

At Trilogy Sanctuary, nestled in the hilly seaside village of La Jolla, San Diego, you’ll be held in a space designed for transformation. Think rooftop ocean views, a geodesic yoga dome open to the sky, powerful nature excursions, and a community of humans willing to get raw, real, and courageous, just like you. This is your season to shed what’s no longer yours. To dissolve the patterns that keep you small. To remember what it feels like to be fully alive.

Through this immersive and therapeutic 200-hour yoga teacher training, you’ll be guided inward, into your breath, your body, your truth, and supported to rise into a version of yourself that feels grounded, embodied, and unapologetically alive. We’re not here to teach you how to play the part. We’re here to help you reclaim your power, reset your nervous system, and reawaken the voice inside you that knows. You’ll explore yoga not as a performance, but as a path back to your wisdom through movement, stillness, breath, self-inquiry, and connection.

Led by Gabrielle Blachley and a team of gifted teachers, healers, doctors, and change-makers, this training is both rigorous and soulful. It’s a sanctuary for healing, growth, truth-telling, and full-body YES moments. You’ll be seen. You’ll be challenged. You’ll be supported. And you’ll walk away inspired to change, from the inside out. Yes, it takes courage to say yes to something this big. But if you’re feeling the pull… you’re ready. You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to begin…

This isn’t just a yoga teacher training.
It’s a metamorphosis.
It’s your rite of passage.
And it’s calling you forward…

“Maybe the journey isn’t so much about becoming anything. Maybe it’s about unbecoming everything that isn’t really you, so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place.” - Paul Coelho

Gabrielle Blachley - Lead Facilitator

E-RYT 500+

  • Gabrielle is a deeply experienced, fearless, and intuitive yoga teacher with advanced certifications and continuing education credentials from India, Guatemala, Chicago, Maui, and San Diego.

  • She is the lead facilitator of over 35 yoga teacher trainings, continuing education programs, and mentorship experiences in San Diego, California.

  • Gabrielle founded a donation-based yoga school, creating a sacred, safe space where healing, growth, and transformation were accessible to all.

  • For more than 20 years, Gabrielle has devoted her life to teaching movement and yoga, fueled by an unrelenting passion to guide others through self-discovery, deep healing, and inner transformation; holding space for them to step into their bravest, fullest selves and radically change their lives.

  • Her Dharma:

    • Metamorphosis: Transformational Mentorship, Coaching, and International Retreats

    • Healing Through Stillness: Creator of Restorative Yoga Programs

    • Rise By Ritual: Founder + Curator of Women’s Monthly Gatherings

Gabrielle believes yoga is limitless in its capacity to heal, awaken, and transform. Her approach is holistic, intuitive, playful, and deeply therapeutic. She invites students to turn inward, witness the constant changes, and meet each moment with radical acceptance - reminding them that every breath, every mat, every practice is an opportunity to begin again.

Gabrielle was born and raised in Chicago, where she was trained to be a professional ballerina, blessed to have her mother as her mentor for many years. This experience set the stage for her affinity and passion for physical expression and artistry of movement.

An unfortunate injury intercepted her lifelong dream and dedication to becoming a ballerina. But, through this humbling life experience, she found yoga, which would forever change and heal her life, and her relationship to her physical body and mind.

After receiving a BA in Fine Arts and Communications from Loyola University of Chicago, Gabrielle’s free spirit led her to many faraway places like Hawaii, Europe, India, and Morocco, where she lived, studied, and trained for several years exploring the vast world of yoga and the healing arts. It was on this journey, that she heard the calling and first realized she might just be...a teacher, like her Mother (something she denied for years)?!?!

These life experiences and a series of life-altering events challenged, humbled and encouraged her to spread her wings and begin her donation-based yoga school, Monarch Yoga Shala, in Chicago, IL. Founding a donation-based yoga school, was a dream, and through this dream, Gabrielle realized her potential to help and transform people's lives was endless. It was also during this time in her life, as a young mother and business owner that again life challenged her physically, and after a traumatic spine injury, was faced with the reality and challenge of rebuilding her relationship with her body. This new reality as well as several other injuries over time would give her priceless insight and influence her to pursue a different path as a teacher, one which forced her to fully focus on the importance of biomechanics and alignment. After doing a few online trainings with Sadie Nardidni and working at Catalyst Physical Therapy and Wellness as Yoga Director, her style of yoga is more "anatomy-enhanced," with attention to intuitive alignment.

Being raised by a strong-willed, free-spirited artist and force of nature, Gabrielle always envisioned doing something for women's empowerment. Rise By Ritual is a women’s healing circle and collaboration of women empowering women which began as a dharma project that turned into a monthly gathering at yoga studios in San Diego.

After a few decades of traveling and teaching from studio to studio, gaining invaluable life and professional experience, Gabrielle's butterfly soul found a yoga home at Trilogy Sanctuary in La Jolla. Gabrielle is the director of Yoga Teacher Trainings, lead instructor, workshop facilitator, founder and co-lead of Circle + Rising, and creator and lead facilitator of "Healing Through Stillness," a Restorative Yoga Training.

Gabrielle's dharma has revealed itself as being a "space holder" and spiritual guide: one who holds a safe, sacred space for individual exploration, transformation, and deep healing. We all find ourselves in life moments where what we are doing, is no longer working... this is our chance to take a sacred pause, "to begin again" and realize the limitless potential of every breath and every life moment!

He created a cross-country tour called 50Give in which he volunteered at nonprofits in all fifty states, Canada, D.C., and Mexico. The greatest lesson learned on this tour was 'when you lose your sense of self, all that's left is love'.

Keith went on to receive his yoga certification, teach yoga classes, facilitate mediation lectures, manage yoga studios, and become the Grand Magician (GM) at Trilogy Sanctuary. Keith has done every role a modern yogi will encounter in their start to give back through their yoga journey.

What is Keith's dharma? Be a guardian to everything sacred - especially women and this planet by embodying the intention - you are not your body, not your mind but timeless fearless love!

Hana’s personal practice began at a mainstream yoga studio, where she quickly became aware of the limitations of asana-only approaches and the cultural appropriation often found in modern yoga spaces. BRANDON BERGADO

At 15 years old I left my home in San Jose, California to play hockey for teams all around the US and Canada. What I thought was going to be a long ice hockey career was cut short in 2019. Two major concussions within three weeks of each other forced me to let go of everything I worked for and focus on healing my brain. It’s crazy because what I thought was my biggest nightmare, ended up being the most restorative transformation I could have ever imagined. These concussions gifted me the opportunity to sit alone with my thoughts for months and discover the most powerful method of healing. Enter Yoga and Meditation.

I was so broken at the time that I promised myself I would do anything I could to build a happy home within myself. A place where I can always come back to and never feel lost in life. To me, meditation is the best route to that destination. That is what Yoga is all about. How open can you be to accepting life changes? And can you create the awareness and discernment to interpret every thing that happens in a way where you never loose your inner peace? That’s the work that made me fall in love with this practice.

My roots in yoga started with meditation but as I got healthy, my practice evolved into asanas (postures) and inversions. I'm drawn to creative, yet challenging, movement patterns that allow you to transcend your mental and physical limitations. I believe this is where we combine the practices of meditation, mindful movement, and breath to bring the mind back to center, back to home.
